Keeping Fit

 I do several things to try to stay healthy. First, I go to school by bike every day. It takes me 40 minutes to go to school. It is very hard, but it is good exercising for me to go to school by bike. Second, I eat a well-balanced diet. I eat breakfast every day. The breakfasts are rise and miso-soup. It is Japanese foods. It is very healthy for us to eat Japanese foods. Finally, I sleep very full. I am tired every day, because I go to school every day although I hate going to school. I come home at average at 23:00. It is a little late. That is why I try to keep in shape and stay healthy.
